Our Programs
Our training is built around five purposefully designed programs that work together to develop strength, conditioning, and aerobic fitness—giving you everything you need to train smarter, perform better, and make consistent progress.
Every workout is programmed by Head Coach Amber Tait, DEKA Teams World Champion and two-time world record holder, and led by experienced coaches who provide guidance, support, and expert instruction every step of the way.

This class is not designed for beginners and is best suited for members with an established fitness base who are ready for higher intensity and longer-duration training. Running is a key component of hybrid racing and training, therefore run portions of class may not always be substituted.
