Our Programs
Our training is built around five intentionally designed programs that work together to develop strength, conditioning, and aerobic fitness—helping you train smarter and make consistent progress.
Every workout is programmed by Head Coach Amber Tait, DEKA Teams World Champion and two-time world record holder, and led by experienced coaches who provide guidance, support, and technique coaching throughout every class.
Pure Fit
Our 45-minute high-intensity functional training class designed to build strength, endurance, and athleticism in a fast-paced, results-driven workout. Each session combines functional movements, cardio, and strength training, delivering the perfect balance of challenge and efficiency. Whether you’re an elite athlete or just starting your fitness journey, Pure Fit will push you to your limits and leave you feeling stronger, fitter, and more energized.
Strength & Conditioning
A 55-minute performance-driven class designed to build power, endurance, and resilience. Each session starts with a focused strength component, following 8-12 week progressive strength cycles to develop raw strength and stability. We finish with a short and spicy conditioning piece, pushing intensity and reinforcing athletic endurance. This class is perfect for those looking to get stronger, move better, and perform at their peak—whether in competition or everyday life. Lift heavy. Move fast. Get strong.
Strength Open Gym
Strength Open Gym offers the perfect blend of flexibility and structure for athletes looking to train on their own schedule while following a progressive, results-driven program. This session follows an 8-12 week strength cycle, incorporating main lifts and accessory strength work to build power, stability, and muscular endurance. Whether you’re chasing PRs or refining technique, this is your time to train with purpose—on your terms, at your pace, with a plan that delivers.
Pure Endurance
Intermediate level programming to increase machine/erg capacity, improve endurance and level up in the world of hybrid fitness racing. This 60-90 minute engine builder is a good old fashioned grind!
Pure Pulse
A 45-minute machine-focused cardio class designed to build your engine, endurance, and mental grit. Using a mix of rowers, ski ergs, bikes, and running, this session will push your aerobic capacity and stamina through interval-based and sustained-effort training. Whether you’re prepping for competition or just looking to level up your cardio game, Pure Pulse will help you go longer, harder, and faster. Breathe deep. Push harder. Build your engine.
